The hot tub was out of order, disappointing. We also experienced considerable noise from the room above, with loud stomping and arguments early in the morning. I encountered an uncomfortable situation when the staff warned us about making noise on New Year's Eve, even though we weren't causing any disturbance.

Heated Indoor Pool, Saltwater Pool, Community Atmosphere
Noise disturbances from other guests, especially from loud children or unrestrained pets, can be quite frustrating!!! Some spaces felt cramped, with limited seating options in common areas. Even the maintenance of hot tub wasn't up to par!!!

Beautifully kept and relaxing place with very efficient staff with the outstanding customer service from the manager Andrew and his staff. Lots of goodies for breakfast. The hotel of choice in Burlington.

The room with fireplace. Its location was quiet, to the Burlington area, and in a very nice area. We were there for 2 nights, overall had a pleasant overnight stay.

The two-bedroom suite was perfect for our family, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax. The full kitchen made it easy to prepare meals together, and the breakfast spread had a fantastic variety, satisfying even the pickiest eaters. Staff were attentive and even notified us when we left behind a personal item, a nice touch.
